Your family information stays under your control.

This policy describes Montanez Family Agent, a private household assistant operated by Nelly Montanez. Its cloud integrations are being configured. The practices below apply when those integrations are enabled.

Information accessed and purpose

With the account holder’s authorization, the agent reads Gmail messages and relevant newsletter or attachment content to identify school actions and dates. Gmail access is read-only: the agent does not send, modify, or delete emails.

The agent reads the calendar list to identify designated household calendars and accesses event information to check dates and duplicates. Although Google’s event permission can cover multiple calendars, the application must restrict calendar writes to the specifically verified household calendar IDs. Calendar changes require approval.

The agent uses household rules, child-to-school associations, and designated Slack destinations to prepare relevant reminders. The public website does not display this private information.

Service providers and sharing

Google Cloud hosts the agent and its operational records. Google Secret Manager stores integration credentials. Google APIs provide authorized Gmail and Calendar access. Slack receives the reminder content sent to the household’s selected channels.

Relevant school content is sent through OpenRouter to selected AI providers for classification and extraction. Such content may contain personal information present in the original communication. The agent’s OpenRouter workspace is configured to require zero-data-retention inference endpoints, exclude endpoints that train on request data or publish prompts, and disable input/output logging and external trace broadcasting. These settings concern model processing; providers may retain operational metadata under their own policies.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI models. Its use and transfer will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and access

The agent maintains the information needed to operate: configuration, extracted actionable details and supporting excerpts, approval status, processing identifiers, and delivery records. Duplicate-prevention records help avoid repeated calendar events and Slack messages. These records are retained while needed for the household’s use and can be deleted by the administrator. Original emails remain in Gmail, and events and messages remain in Google Calendar and Slack until managed there.

Credentials are kept separately from public website files. Access to operational data is limited to the administrator and authorized application services. No security system can guarantee absolute protection.

Your choices

The account holder can revoke Google access through Google Account connections, stop scheduled processing, revoke integration keys, or ask the administrator to delete stored application data. Revoking access does not itself remove previously created calendar events, Slack messages, or application records.

Website visitors

This informational website has no sign-in form, advertising, or application analytics scripts. Cloudflare hosts the pages and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, for delivery and security.

Family use and contact

The service is managed by an adult household administrator and is not offered for public sign-up by children. Questions, corrections, and deletion requests can be sent to [email protected].

This policy will be updated if the agent’s data practices change.
